Bystander CPR increased survival rate
The 2018-2019 annual report published by Victorian Ambulance Cardiac Arrest Registry showed that bystander CPR increased survival rate by 3.5 times.
Patients who received bystander CPR had a survival rate of 14% as compared to those with no bystander CPR (4%).
